Suggest Treatment For A Nasal Problem, Dry Eyes & Headaches

hi, recently i took my 13 year old sister to the doctor with a nasal problem which i've noticed she has had forever, she doesn't seem to use her nose at all ever. She sounds very nasally and when i looked up her nose recently i seen it is like a model nose, its really clean up there. when i took her to the doc he gave me a letter for a consultant surgeon, and some strong drops. The doctor reckons it needs further examination. She also had extremly bad period pain and often needs to take time off school as she is vommiting and in a really bad way. i never thought these things could be connected however i googled her nasal symtoms tonight and some websites have suggested a nasal problem being related to a fallopian tube problem. one thing i didn't mention to the doctor was she also complains of soreness in her knees. is there anyway all these things are connected. She also gets dry eyes and very bad headaches. please help because i don't know what else to do with her and i know she is telling the truth and is just as fustrated by not being able to go on certain trips etc because the period pain can keep her in for 2 days of the 5/6 she is in her cycle.
