Suggest Treatment For A Newborn With Respiratory Distress Syndrome After Surgery For Gut Issues

Neonatologist for Newborn respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS ?). The female baby weight around 2 kg (delivered after 37 weeks of pregnancy) . Surgical corrections done after one day of birth for non-rotation/ mal rotation of gut along with annular pancreas. Post-op care are being done and the baby had develop respiratory distress after two days of surgery. She is requring 0.5 l of Oxygen supply, without which SPO2 level falls below 80. This is seen for 10 days (as on date). The baby is fed with expressed breast milk @35 ml/2 hours.
