Suggest Treatment For A Node In Lung, Enlarged Liver And Spleen

Hi, I went to the hospital a few months ago for stomach pain. They did a CT scan and found a node on my lung, and said my spleen and liver are enlarged. Waiting for a follow up scan to check on it. But now for the past 5 hours I ve had excruciating stomach pain to the point where it gives me chills and I feel nauseous and my whole body is shaking. I ve taken 2 prescribed Vicodin and it isn t working. What should I do? And could this have anything to do with the first problem? Also FYI I also have a long history with huge ovarian cysts and torsions. 21 year old female

for stomach pain ct scan of lungs is not requered.take antispasmodic like buscopan with tab omiprazol ultrasound abdomen can be taken.take bland diet avoid hot and spicy food. consult gastroentrologist and when pain subsides can have endoscopy done.
