Suggest Treatment For A Painful Blister On The Perineum
A pea-sized knot appeared on my perineum a few days ago and now it looks, and feels, like a blister. I assumed it was a hemorrhoid, since I ve never had one, but now it s painful & burns, almost like an open wound. I ve been treating it with witch hazel, tea tree oil, preparation H and coconut oil. I ve had the same partner for over 15 years and nothing like this has ever happened, not even while pregnant.

i think you have bartholin cyst and since small it wont need surgical removal and antibiotics are usually not needed in it and have less effect
i would recommend wait & watch policy and have pain medication like ibuprofen 400 mg bd and take sitz bath( any chemist will tell you about it)
and maintain hygeine if size enlarges despite this then you may get it drained by catheter or by surgery
