Suggest Treatment For A Painful Blood Blister On The Calf

I have a blood blister type bump on my calf. It showed up about a year ago and everything I have done to get rid of it has not helped. I have frozen it off and cut it off, which led to a lot of bleeding. It is not due to an injury, it just showed up. How do I rid myself on this unwanted guest?

Seems like you are having a wart which tends to recur because it was not removed completely. has it given rise to any satellite lesions? Has it been growing steadily?
