Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump Inside The Vagina

hi i am 18 years old and a female. latly i have felt a bump in side my vagina way inside on the right side ever night i have to pee even when its a lil bit. when i have sex it hurts my stomach and i will have to tell my boyfriend to stop. during the day i dont fell it unless i have sex when i feel the outside of my vagina on theright side ders no swelling when i push down it dont hurt unless i push down hard at times i wont hurt but i kno its there i am really scared to tell my mom or see a doctor please help me out
