Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Penis Shaft

Hello, on the bottom of my penis, on the shaft I have a big pimple like, puffy bump their should get medical attention? It formed very quickly and is day 2 of finding it. The color of it is just a little red and looks like regular skin. I have tried popping it. I can t get to it to pop it, all it does is bleed.
