painful lump in female groin area that has sac looking think with purple color too it, I had a stryle needle at home from extra home health stuff, trying too decide if it was boil or in grown hair as i get those a lot, when needle went in didn't hurt no puss came out every little blood for 3 sec, pain was intensified

Hi,

I think that this condition of your can be due to boil. Also, it can be a Bartholin cyst or abscess so I will suggest you to have a course of antibiotics Amoxycillin, Clauvulunic acid tablet for 5 days and also analgesics.
