Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump In The Lungs

I have a bump that was the size of a tiny flat mole that has grown over a year it now looks like a size of a green pea the area surrounding this bump is extremely painful. If I lay a certain way or I move to fast the pain stops me in my tracks. When I cough I feel so much pain and the pain is coming from this bump but I feel it coming from the inside . I feel like it may be connected to something like it may be a tumor or pallor on or inside my lungs. Also I keep coughing and if I cough too much I began to vomit until I have emptied my stomach I accnot seem to stop my cough once I start or my vomiting. It s so painful I have no health insurance at this time but I fear this is something serious!! the pain alone is going to make me go to the emergency room. What do you think

Hi. I can understand your concern.
You will need to undergo a detailed physical examination of the lump and also you will need a chest x ray to look for lung infection. SO better consult a doctor for the same.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
