Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Foot

Hi , my sandal felt a little painful on my right foot tonight, and when I removed it , I noticed a lump on top of my foot . It s not badly painful, but hurts a little when I put weight on it. - mysterious lump? My email is YYYY@YYYY Thank you , Shelly

Hi, A sore lump on the anterior of your top of right foot,seems to be due to the Ganglion Cyst.
Treatment-
Hot Fomentation/Anti-inflammatory drugs under guidance of your GP is suggested.
If no relief and causes more discomfort,CT study with Arthroscopic removal by Laser ablation is the best treatment with low recurrence ,which is a challenge with open surgical treatments mostly.
