Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Penile Shaft

I have a lump on my penile shaft. Just appeared a few days ago, well that i noticed in the morning. It feels almost like a pimple. Today there was a white head, so i drained a little substance out of it. The lump is still there and just feels irritated.
