General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of painful lump on your shin. it may be a fibroma (fibrous tissue formation), lipoma (fatty deposit) or a cystic formation (sebaceous or keratinous). it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics such as xray and/or MRI will be requested accordingly. management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
