General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it could be a cystic lesion (sebaceous or keratinous type). it could also be a fibroma (fibrotic tissue formation) or a lipoma (fatty deposit). it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for clinical evaluation. diagnostics and management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
