Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Throat

i have had a sore throat for a week, after looking at my tonsils i noticed a round flesh colored lump on my right tonsil. I am curious to know what it is and if it is the reason for why my throat is hurting and why it hurts t swallow and eat. I have googled symptoms and it kept coming up with tonsil stones however the lump does not look like this, it is like a flesh oval on my tonsil.

Reviewed your query details.You seems to Hypertrophic Tonsil,with fleshy tonsillar swelling in throat.
It doesnt seem to be tonsillar stone.
Treatment-
Antibiotics and Anti-inflammatory with gargles of warm saline,would resolve your issue.
