Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Throat

Hello, I haven t been feeling myself this wile, went doc 3 days ago with discomfort in throat he said I had tonsilitis, even tho they are swollen, but they aren t sore. He prescribed me with antibiotics, I seems to be getting worse, I can feel a lump in the middle of throat its very uncomfortable when I swallow feels as it moves sideways,up and down, there s no pain tho just discomfort, I keep thinking my throat is going to swell badly that I wont be able to breath but my breathing is ok, it just this lump in my throat, I also find it very difficult swallow food, finding it difficult to swallow food before I start feeling this lump,

You may have granular pharyngitis or other upper oro-pharyngeal infection. You should take a course of antibiotics like azithromycin or levofloxacin. Gargles with warm saline is helpful. Don't worry just be relaxed. You will be fine within short time.
