Suggest Treatment For A Painful Rash On The Penis Shaft

Rash on the penis and shaft of 60 yo male recently back from Ghana denies new sexual contact. Not itchy. Not bleeding. The glans lesions mainly flat slightly raised ( less than 1mm) diameter 5mm. Shaft lesion oval 2-3 mm diameter. Raised 2mm. Does not look inflamed. Present for few months. No discharge. No fever no itching. YYYY@YYYY

It could be either due to aggressive intercourse or some fungal infection. You cab start antifungal medications with advice.
