Suggest Treatment For A Painful Red Patch In The Mouth

hi, I have a split on my gum inbetween two of my back bottom left molars. it looked like a spot or an ulcer to start with and then it turned into a cut - I just presumed the scab had come off and it would heal. but it seems to be getting worse rather than better and I wondered whether it might require some treatment in order to heal. this morning when I brushed it was a lot more painful than it has been and I think I have seen some pus in the wound.

Read your query as you have painful red patch in gum this can be due to inflamation in gums or due to formation of periodontal abscess . Dont be worried so much I will suggest you to consult oral surgeon for examination of gums and investigation iopa xray of gums to evaluate the cause . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle and you can apply ointment like Stolin gum paint on gums .
