Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of painful sore in the mouth which seems to be due to decreased in saliva flow leading to dry mouth and it could be due to deficiency of multivitamins in diet.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start chewing sugar free candies and maintain proper oral hygiene. You should apply numbing mouth gel. Avoid hot spicy sharp food substances and drink plenty of fluids. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit oral physician once and get complete examination done. Your symptoms will resolve in one week. Take nutritious diet rich in multivitamins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
