Suggest Treatment For A Painless Lump On The Ear

My bf is 38 years old and has a really hard painless lump behind his left ear as well as a smaller one in the back of his neck. He also has an itchy scalp and red flaky blotches on his chest and back. He took some amoxycillin last night and this morning. He just told me that while at work he started getting hundereds of bumps on his fingers and hands and had an accelerated heart rate. Are these symptoms related? Should I take him to the hospital?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted history about your boyfriend, he has hard painless lump behind his left ear as well as a smaller one in the back of his neck and itchy scalp. This may be the reason for the hard lumps in the form of Lymph nodes.
Red flaky blotches on his chest and back after taking amoxycillin last night and this morning indicate that these may be due to reaction to the medicines and hence it is better to take him to the hospital ASAP as he has developed hundreds of bumps on his fingers and hands and has accelerated heart.
