Suggest Treatment For A Persistent Rash On Upper Arm

I m not sure, but could I have Lyme dis. I have a bull eye ring on my upper arm, which occurred months ago and continued to get bigger. I asked my primary doctor, back at the earlier onset, but he never follow-up on the matter, ignored pretty much my inquiry.
