Suggest Treatment For A Pimple Appearing Near The Anus

I m a 22 yr old female and I noticed I have a pimple type object very close to anus. It looks and feels like an unpopped pimple. It s sensitive to the touch, hurts when I walk cuz of my cheeks rubbing together. I don t want to pop it just in case it s not a pimple. Is there anything I can do to make it go away or ease the pain?
