Suggest Treatment For A Problem In The Elbow

I have a problem with my elbow. There are 2 areas of concern. One is located on the front outer edge of my elbow. Although there is no firm lump, I have grown new blood vessels and have watched them grow and make new paths for over a year. About 4yrs ago, I found a squishy lump near the inside crease of my elbow. I saw an ortho and got an mri. The ortho dr said I had a lipoma. In the past 8 months that lipoma has grown considerably and gotten hard. I am also experiencing tingling sensations in my ring and pinky finger. I have also "grown" quite a lot of new blood vessels over that area too. For the past 3 months, I have had a persistent low grade fever, around 100.3. I have been extremely tired and have been the sickest this winter that I have ever been in my life. Even more sick than when my children first went to school.
