Suggest Treatment For A Problem In The Spine

my mom has ocular melanoma. its started in the eye in 2004. it was treated with seeds. 2008 it spread to the liver. she has been getting embolasations. Found out that today it is in the spine. Is there treatment for the spine. If so, is it worth it? She is 71 other wise in great health and lives a very active life style
