Suggest Treatment For A Prolonged Menstrual Period

My period has lasted for more than 3 weeks now. I was almost two weeks late then had my normal 7day period and now I have been spotting for two weeks



I am not on any birth control, I have had two ectopic pregnancies. The first resulted in the loss of my right ovary the second the doctor was able to save the ovary but I have not been able to get pregnant since. I was told because of scar tissue.
