Suggest Treatment For A Prolonged Period,abdominal Pain And Diarrhea

My symptoms: Severe abdominal pain both in lower and upper (right under my ribs) diarrhea (very watery) Headache, lightheadeness upon standing, hot flashes, some nausea. Loss of appetite. Also I have been on my period for 12 days now, its light. I had implanon birth control implanted about a month ago.
