Suggest Treatment For A Pus Filled Lump On Inner Thigh

im a 23 year old male and i had a lump on my inner thigh area that swelled up and caused some pain. the size decreased over time and i thought it was a hernia from working out. just a couple days ago it popped, leaking a fair amount of blood and some puss. i think it is hidradenitis suppurativa and i was wondering if there are ways of handling it without going to see a doctor.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection or might be due to friction of thighs.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
