Suggest Treatment For A Rash In The Under Arm And Groin Area

I have a very fine, non-pustular, non-raised rash under my arms, over most of my right side, and now in my groin....I have had this for 2 days, and it is not getting better....I have tenderness in my groin, no fever, no aches and otherwise feel fine.... I had mono 12 years ago.

it can be fungal infection. can apply candid ointment. maintain hygineaqnd sanitation. sprinkle candid powder.
