Suggest Treatment For A Rash Near Forehead Hairline

I developed a rash if you will. size of a nickel on right side of forehead near hairline. used some hydrocortisone and same. next day right side of forehead down to bridge of nose swollen. eyelid swollen-thought it was a sty...and then right side facial lymph node outside ear cartilage is swollen/painful but subsiding after couple days. No insurance; do I go to ER and waste 6hours of their time and mine?

rash nnear hair line can be fungal infection. for it candid ointment can be applied. for sty the treatment is appelation. after apilation the lid can be cleaned by sterile swab. and neosporine ophthalmicointment can be applied. with this treatment you should improve.
