Suggest Treatment For A Red Color Lump On The Thighs

There is a red lump that appeared out of no where on the back of my left thigh. About 2 weeks ago both thighs had discoloration like black and blue they were not swollen and then it just went a away and just now noticed a red lump. What could that be?
