Suggest Treatment For A Red Mosquito-like Bites On Hand

I suddenly appeared to have red mosquito-like bites on my hands, feet and shoulders, but I haven t been bitten by anything. It really itches at night and if I scratch it, it turns really red, but no puss or bleeding occurs. They suddenly appear when I itch in a space.

I really appreciate your concern such eruption of rash could be due to some allergic reaction, just wait for some time this would be fine soon if not then "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day can be tried, take care
