Suggest Treatment For A Red Spot On The Breast

I think I have a burn mark in my breast. I had a heating pad in my stomach and I think the underwire from my bra put a small burn mark on it. It had a blister that piped I think I had dry skin and now there is a small with spot and a litter red around it. Should I just use antibiotic ointment on it

Hello,

You can use the antibiotic cream on it 2-3 times a day and avoid any other local treatments. Try to avoid tight bra or clothes from causing friction in the area and keep an eye on the mark.

If the mark is not better in 4-5 days or you think it is getting worse, you will have to have it checked with a doctor.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
