Suggest Treatment For A Red, Swollen, Painful Bump On Forearm

On Wednesday I found a bump (kinda of looks like a pimple) on my forearm. It is red, swollen, and painful. I attempted to squeeze it and pus came out of it. What do you think it could be? My athletic trainers believe it could be some type of infection?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some bite or minor injuey on the part leading to some infection.
Seeing the condition of lesion you might require one course of antibiotic medicine to cure infection.
Do not try to squeeze or pinching the wound as it might aggaravate your problem.
Clean part and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
