Suggest Treatment For A Right Hemorrhagic Cyst In A USG Report Of A Preteen With Lower Abdominal Pain, And Discomfort During Urination And Defecation

My 13 years old daughter has pain in lower abdomin more on left side than on right side during sit to stand and during urination and paSsing stool.severity of pain vary but its there.today her ultrasound showed that she has right side small haemmorhagic cyst and mild fluid collection in POD. Her last cycle was little long and upto 3 weeks she got brownish discharge on and off.what should i do?
