Suggest Treatment For A Scratch On The Vagina

Hi, i am quite worried. I had foreplay with somebody last night and they was quite hard, at the time i felt a sharp scratch like he had scratched me. Straight after and this morning and all day i have been sore. I have looked at my virgina and there is a small white scratch. What can this be
