Hi.
As per your case-history you maybe having localized numbness on scalp.
Is there any history of trauma on scalp in past? Is there any history of skin lesion on that part of head in past?
My advice is-
1. Don't worry it is nothing major as per your complains.
2. You can apply a local anesthetic gel like lidocaine gel on that part for symptomatic relief.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily as it may cause such symptom.

Consult a dermatologist if complain persisits.
Thanks.
