Suggest Treatment For A Severe Itchy Red Patch On The Buttock

Hi Last week I had a red patch appear on my buttock. Went to doc. they said it was a fungus. gave me some cream and anti-histimene. That was this past thursday a week ago. By monday I returned to the doc. It had begun to spread to my legs. She changed cream and it appeared to be helping. Yesterday I woke up and my hands were swollen very tight. Today I am beginning to itch all over and have rash. I have my epi pen and wondering if I need to use it and be looked at. Please advise. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here it may not be fungal infection but it is the hypersensitivity reaction and it can be well treated with antihistamine and best option is Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
