Suggest Treatment For A Skin Infection In The Genital Area

I have a jellybean-like lump under the skin in the genital area. It doesn t hurt, but popped up out of no where. Possible connection: I have also had a yeast infection for a year and a half. It has gotten better on and off with medicine, but has never gone away. It is both in the genital area and under one breast. I am 49 years old and 287 pounds. I do not smoke or drink alcohol. I have been pretty sedentary until the past two weeks; I am now going to a gym 3 times a week. It has been uncomfortable to sit on the bicycle though.
