Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The rash could be a drug reaction or petechiae. The drug-induced rash is usually itchy. Petechia is due to a bleeding disorder and is not itchy usually. I request you to consult your Doctor for confirming the diagnosis and for initiating the apt treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siva Subramanian,
