Suggest Treatment For A Skin Rash On The Shin

I have a bad rash on my shins only its been going on for about 3weeks . I have been having pain on my right side seems like my kidney? I have a bad back and the pain seems to go away after u get out of bed but it hurts ever morning I also in the last few days my bowel movement color has been very light in color? Very odd symptoms but every time I see the doctor about this terrible rash that last a long time itches only sometimes its different then like an allergy rash more raised and blistery?

Hi.
As per your case history of rashes on shin, my treatment advice is -
1. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
2. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for itching.
3. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
