Suggest Treatment For A Skin Tag In The Body

yes I have what I think is a skin tag but on the tip of it it is black in color and if I pick that off it has clear liquid that comes out just wondering if this is normal? If I could use an over the counter medication to remove it. It is sore at times

Over the counter salicylate creams like duofilm can be tried. For bigger lesions or recurrent lesions consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. You can opt for dermabrasion or cauterization.
