Suggest Treatment For A Small Bump On The Armpit

I am 20 years old and I have a small non visible bump under my armpit its been there for about a week but its getting a bit softer it is not as hard as it was a couple days ago and it was very painful like when you have a very sore pimple type of feeling and like I said there s no lump or bump its not visible.please help me what could it be could it be cancer ??

Thenks for writing to hcm.

Painful bumps on armpits indicate an inflammed lymphnode and not cancer.
Probably a localised infection has lead to an inflammed lymph nodes.Kindly keep the area clean and take a course of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 7days (if you are not allergic to it) after consulting a doctor.
