Suggest Treatment For A Small Itchy Blister On The Finger

I get a single blister on one of my fingers ever so often. I have been told different things about what it could be one Dr said it was herpes, one said hepatitis, one said I was allergic to spiders and their webs. I currently have one and it is lasting longer than normal and I am also experiencing burning and itching in my back and my arms. Please any advice. Or ideas would be welcomed.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi!! According to your history there are two possibilities: one is herpetic infection as already mentioned by you and the other is distal blistering dactilyitis which is bacterial infection. To confirm the diagnosis you can go culture of the blister fluid for herpes virus and bacterial organism.
