Suggest Treatment For A Small Lesion On The Bottom Of Penis Head

I found a small lesion on the bottom of my penis head. It wasn t painful but eventually scabbed over started peeling around it. There is also some redness around it. It doesn t itch either. Ive not had sex for months and have been masturbating using a sock sometimes the same sock multiple times. I went to a doctor and he says it doesnt look like herpes. What could it be

As it's asymptomatic, so no need for any active management.
