Suggest Treatment For A Small Painful Bumps On The Buttocks

I fell on the stairs due to my puppy running past me and landed very hard on my right buttock. It had been 3 days and the purple bruise has taken over the whole right cheek. I also have a bump and there is pain and tenderness if bumped still. I have been doing red light therapy, ice, ibuprofen, water bed massage therapy, a glass of wine, arnica gel and saw a chiropractor who only adjusted my upper back. Will this odd shaped bump go away on my butt cheek? And how Long will the pain and bruise last? Please and thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such purple appearance of the swelling could be due to Ecchymosis collection of blood under the skin due to vascular injury, now it need to be taken care for infection, else this is nothing to worry, this will be okay but may take some time,
hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
