Suggest Treatment For A Small Painful Lump In The Cheek

I have a small painful lump in my cheek and bruising in my eye socket - there has been no impact to my face and to begin with I thought I was just getting a spot but I have since not had anything show and the bruising is getting worse.. along with the lump not decreasing in size. I am a 28 yr old healthy female,

Hi,Dear,
Thanks for the query to HCM. I studied your problem in depth and I understood your concerns.
Treatment for the painful lump in the cheek-
In my opinion your-painful swelling in the cheek with its surrounding inflammatory effects has caused eye socket bruising- due to oedematous changes in the tissue around.
Treatment-would be -
rule out any eye realted causes by opinion from ER Eye Surgeon.,
Treat the cheek painful lump by antibiotics and special anti-inflammatory NSAIDs drugs from ER Surgeon.
So take treatment from your ER Surgeon and Opthalmic surgeon for his second opinion to rule out any opthalmic reasons for the eye socket bruise, who would treat it after due investigations and treat it accordingly.
This advise is based on the facts from the history you give and needs further clinical check.
Hence I would advise you to check with ER Surgeon and eye Surgeon.
So don't build up wrong concepts and create more psychic complications in you which would increase risks and costs to you.
