Suggest Treatment For A Small Pimple In The Vagina

hi i just notice the other day after taking a bath that i had a lil pimple on the upper side of my vagina , not so close to the inner side and i never had any problems like that i dont practically have any sex at all, it doesnt have any puss in it, it dosent itch nor burn,so what could it be?
