Suggest Treatment For A Small Pimple Like Bump On Shaft Of My Penis

i have a small pimple/bump on shaft of my penis, what should i use , it has already been 6 days, should i go the doctor, i have been using quadriderm rf from last 3 days but there is not significant/or any improvement. please advice, what should i do???
