Suggest Treatment For A Small Purple Spot On The Labia Majora

I have a very small, purple, quite painful spot on my labia, I ve had them before (one at a time) and they always just disappear so I ve not thought anything of it. Anyway, to be safe than sorry do you think it s anything to worry about? Not been sexually active for about 4 months, and I think it s after I ve shaved. Thanks
