Hello, I had a sore in my mouth which I thought it was a cancer sore but as it got bigger I decided to pop it I am currently 14. As I popped it clear puss came out but as I pressed it more a red like sack came to the surface kind of like a blood blister what should I do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pus filled sores in your mouth . Well there can be many reasons for sores in mouth like bacterial of fungal infection , canker sore , minor injury , , vitamin B 12 deficinecy and herpes simplex virus . But in your case it seems to me that the sores are probably due to viral infection . I would suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene , do not pick them at all as it can lead to secondry infection , do warm saline rinses and also do betadine rinses . They will go away in few days by there own . If they persist then consult oral pathologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically to rule out above conditions . Doctor may prescribe anti viral drugs like acyclovir . Avoid hot and spicy food .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
