Suggest Treatment For A Spot On The White Of An Eye

My eye ball has been bothering me for about 10 days and yesterday i noticed a spot on the white of my eye that looks like a white bump with red around it. Can you tell me how serious this is and if its alllergies and what i should do. Do i need to see an eye doctor? I have no insuranse.....

what you have explained is a eruption in conjunctiva. redish area around it. this shows it is an inflammatory lesion. absolutly no itching. so chances of allergy does not indicative. so you can start applying oflacin .3%drop 6hourly and neosporine eye oint ment at bed time. It should improve in few days.
